Happy and active people are the most innovative and productive. Creativity may be defined as the ability or capacity of a person to discover and explore new ideas or areas to create a new process, including the re-arrangement or re-shaping of what already exists. Creativity to the artist is the ability to evolve new approaches, forms and new materials. To the educationists creativity is the ability to explore and discover dynamic methods of teaching-learning.
NEED AND SIGNIFICANCANCE
A change from routine classes would increase student’s interest and make them more creative, interactive and attentive. Thus an innovative idea in teaching is always necessary to keep the class active and productive. Here I have introduced Game Method instead of direct translation method which may help self learning strategy.

FINDINGS
Being innovative is about looking beyond what we do currently. It is identifying the great idea of tomorrow and putting them in to practice. It is a way finding out the different possibility and widening the horizon of current knowledge. Using this innovative lesson plan, it is very clear that the learners had become motivated. Student responded very well to all the discourses that were conducted in the class. To an extend innovative work was successful.
CONCLUSION
Innovative lesson plan was really a great success. It had accomplished all levels of learning outcome. Being innovative is about looking beyond what we do currently. The important element of this lesson had been transacted to different types of learners in the class. It caters the needs of all the learners.
