• WEEKLY REFLECTION : FOURTH WEEK

            Fourth week of our second spell teaching practise completed today. 

           Second optional observation had occured and i was not satisfied with my class. Because i was not able to teach well as per my planning due to illness.  But Sahar sir supported me for making class more lively next time.

            Constitution day was celebrated in this week and special assembly was also there. Teachers passed messages regarding the importance of this day and gave awareness regarding the importance of knowing  written contents in our constitution as an Indian citizen.

NOVEMBER 26 CELEBRATED AS CONSTITUTION DAY AT GVHSS VITHURA WITH SPECIAL ASSEMBLY

        I had used this week for engaging students in various languge games and puzzles. Thus I became successful in increasing their interest in English language and doing various language activities.

STORY ZONE

HANGMAN GAME, KANGAROO WORD GAME , GUESS ME GAME, RIDDLES were also provided for students at various class during substitution periods.

 SPECIAL PROGRAMME NOTICE

           ICT LESSON PLAN had also taken in this week based on The Story 'THE DAY IN THE COUNTRY in 8 I. The beautiful short story of O.Henry The Last Leaf was continued in 9 E.
           
        Two lessons had completed at both classes. So  i had conducted my first diagnostic test .

    When i evaluated the paper and i came to know that most of the students wrote wrong answers about synonyms.
       

              So i had given  REMEDIAL TEACHING in this week using an innovative teaching aid INTERACTIVE FLIP BOOK FOR SYNONYMS....It gave me a positive feedback and students showed high interest to learn the difficult portion using this learning aid.

                 This week i introduced A new Learning aid named TIP TOP for students it created an impact among them and they enjoyed learning words curiously with the help of it.

TEACHING AIDS

MID TERM EXAM TIMETABLE had given to students. Exam is decided to conduct from 11th December to 20th December.
 
     Anyway it was a good week with lot of new experiences and enjoyments.

SPECIAL EVENTS 

    On November 27 BHASHAPRAVARTHANA DHINAM was celebrated in our school.

FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT

                 
                   Football tournament had conducted in our school PT Usha Stadium and students participated in this tournament with high energy and sportsman spirit.

It was god's blessing that i got opportunity to prepare my children for district level English skit competition.
        'VIRTUAL WORLD' is the name of the skit. It was based on the social media addiction of adolescents and its after effects. My children got 'A' grade and It was the best moment in my life that everyone in the school congragulated me for my effort.
